Resident of 2+ years. Love the property and all the staff is friendly, professional and helpful. Rent is a bit higher than other apartments of the same size in the area; however, the actual complex property pays for itself. Doesn't even feel like your in a complex since the units back right up to River Legacy Park. Its very serene and tucked away. Balconies offer a great view for fireworks and sunsets!

They look nice and the price is waaaay too high for what you get. I spent an entire day cleaning my apartment before I moved out and I found mice droppings in all corners but I had never seen a mouse. They must be living in the walls. I also did not get my deposit back because they said we left it dirty, I don't see how it was dirty when I spent a whole day in an empty apartment cleaning it. They will take your money and it's truly not worth it.
