Management here is terrible. The day we moved in, we had a water-damaged vanity (not in the apartment we were shown). It took them months to replace it and when they finally did, it was a different, non-matching vanity. But worse is the fact that the apartment is poorly insulated and our heat/air conditioning unit has been malfunctioning for 1 1/2 years. We've had to endure frigid winters and sweltering summers, all while paying a sky-high ConEd bill. Now for the latest drama. We let them knock a hole in our bathroom wall so they could intall a water line in another apartment. The hole stayed there for 3 months (their promises to the contrary). After repeated requests for them to fix it, they finally covered the hole with a tile that doesn't even come close to matching the rest of the wall. It looks jarringly bad. (see photos) My advice, if you must move here, is to inspect the very same apartment you'll be moving into (not just a similar one). Also, don't put yourself out for the sake of management. If they want to put a hole in your wall for some reason, don't let them. We were nice, accommodating tenants and we lived to regret it.

This place is an absolute joke, do not rent here.
