I. Hate. Where. I. Live. Management is rude and they sell people moving in here a dream. There are bugs and the apartments look like crap on the inside. Maintenence requests go unnoticed. I think the best thing about the apartments are the closets. Thatsit. Once my lease is over I will be ecstatic!

Pros- Location, grounds are mostly clean, one bedroom apts are pretty spacious, nice patio area, lots of closet space w/a "walk-in", gas stove, all utilities paid, corridor/hallway is always being cleaned. I type this as I take a break from searching for another community to move to because of the unbearable negative aspects of Liberty. CONS- There was just a fight precisely 10 minutes ago. Yes in broad daylight. One of many might I add. These particular neighbors are that finalized my decision to move. Just the icing on the cake. Neighbors tend to be too loud (management does NOTHING upon these complaints besides claim to fine the loud neighbors $100 after next report(written), maintenance takes too long to show, I've had something break within the first two weeks of move in, the cabinet won't close (mgmt like to say damages are inflicted by tenant after they've made repairs forcing tenant to pay an additional $25 w/ rent-the buildings were built in the 60s), there is still a list of things broken (scared to put in requests due to the aforementioned $25 fee), lots of bugs. The neighbors had a fight in the corridor fifteen minutes ago, by the way. Yes in broad daylight.

I've lived here for 2 years as I am stationed at LAFB. I love my apartment and the property allows pets, so me and my little puppy moved here. I have not had any bug problems and the staff seems to respond to my requests in a reasonable time. I even referred one my friends at work to move here and the only problem they have had is some noise from their upstairs neighbors.
