I've been at the abby for more than 3 years. I've seen and heard alot in this time. The water & garbage bill is (high $16. - $29.) not consistent. My rent has went up multiple times causing me to move, $991.00 a month will never happen. The staff is very friendly and the maintence is superb. The parking is terrible, especially at night on the wknds. If you can handle a garage charge, do it. They keep it very clean, the amenities are very nice (indoor basketball court, will be missed) and the movie theater is nice for a date. Either they have a full house, or people are living 6 to an apt. I lived alone, 1bedroom granite counters. I could fit my king size bed set in the bedroom. No extra storage. Its a older building, when the heat is turned on it sets off the smoke alarms. My electricity bill is very high too, over (summer) $230.00 a month. I stayed here this long out of convenience. It was close to my job. Now its not worth it. If you can afford it, by all means. I hope this helped someone.........?

I ended up paying an extra 1000 on move out for no reason other than bad communication. make sure you read the paperwork and talk to them face to face, they're bad at responding on email. Other than that, stay was comfortable. apartment size is good for the price and location is good too as it right off I-10

I tried to get information from this property and the male and female people that were just standing there talking to each other didn't even bother to acknowledge me. My co-worker said he experienced the same thing. I guess poor customer service runs through this area of complexes.

Love it here. Nice and quiet.
