Very affordable and lots of room and space. I didn't have furniture, so I can rent it out to them for an extra $25 a month, which isn't that much. The rooms are spacious and the bathroom was plenty big for my roommate and I to share. Also has a free shuttle to campus during the week, which was very nice cause I didn't have a car. Also has a nice pool and sand volleyball court where everyone goes to on a nice hot day. Only downsides were we went over on our electric bill almost every month (mostly between $5-$20 per person). Also our house wasn't perfect when we moved in, but you definitely get what you pay for, if not more. Also a good amount of spiders and other insects tend to get in somehow, so if you hate bugs like me, then you better get used to it. Overall experience (2 years living there) was very nice. Cheap, large, fun college environment and definitely had a positive experience. 4/5

I have been renting for YEARS, and this has been the GREATEST place that I have ever lived at. They are very well priced and management is always quick to respond to any emails or phone call I've ever made. The few times I've had a work order, they have been very quick to repair this issue right so it doesn't become a recurring issue. I recommend this place to anyone wanting to rent a place.

This will be my second year renting through Log Hill and the experience has been great. I have lived a few different places in Columbia, MO and the management and accommodations with these apartments has far exceeded all the others. I would definitely recommend living at Log Hill as it provides an exceptional living environment and overall satisfaction.

I rented from Log Hill Properties at Walnut Brook for a year and a half (August 2012-December 2013) and had the easiest, most enjoyable renting experience a young professional can find in Columbia, MO. With the VERY few issues I had, the maintenance team was at my door no later than 8:00 the next morning to fix whatever I had going on. The office managers were always professional with me, and always accommodating when I had questions. I ended up feeling more like they were personal friends than my landlords. When I moved out of my apartment after buying a house, they helped me find someone to take over my lease so I wasn't stuck paying for an apartment I wasn't living in. They ended up filling my apartment spot FOR ME, and letting me out of my lease with no cost to me. They were upfront and told me EVERYTHING they needed me to do to my apartment (cleaning, carpet cleaning, etc.) to receive my full deposit back and, as promised, gave me my FULL deposit back once I was out of my lease. You can't find more responsible and respectful landlords than these. The other "student housing" complexes in Columbia that gouge students for everything they are worth do not even compare to Log Hill Properties and I would highly recommend living in any of their properties in Columbia.

I lived at Log Hill Run for nearly three years and had the best customer service any tenant could ask for. Eric Bowman and Danny Hill work day and night to keep the tenants as happy as they can. Any problem I had I filed a maintenance request and got it taken care of. When staying in good communication with them, they will help any tenant with any problem that comes up. Living at Log Hill Run, I had the luxury of having one bill that included the rent, water, electricity, cable, internet, and everything included. I loved living at Log Hill Run - it was the best atmosphere to be in when being a college student.
