I actually love living in this community! The apartments are nice and spacious! No roaches, bugs, or pests. The leasing people are so nice! Claudine (sorry if mispelled) is awesome, and Amanda is golden! Plus, Floyd the maintance guy is super nice! When the apartment next door to mine flooded and ended up flooding my apartment he came past midnight to make sure my floor was taken care of and even got the carpet people to come and replace my carpet. Super super nice people here! I definitely recommend them!

I honestly think this place is great. The staff here is helpful and understanding. Claudine and Amanda are wonderful, I'm glad they got rid of the other woman that was working there. Plenty of parking all the time. The only thing is the horrible parents that live here and let their nasty little kids run around. Other than that the apartments are brilliant.

I lived here for 2 years and never had any problems. The management is awesome the office employees are very friendly and very helpful. Thanks Amanda for all of your help! The maintenance guys bust there butt to keep the complex looking great. I was very satisfied with my stay!

Of all the apartments I have lived at this place definitely ranks as the WORST ONE EVER!!! My wife and I had a 6 month lease last year and I'm so glad we didn't go for the 12 month! Management and maintenance are both horrible here. Betsy was nice but the other lady with long black hair is not nice at all and will lie straight to your face. When we first moved in we noticed our window was leaking water when it rains, I told the office about it 3 times and nothing was ever done about it. It took them 2 weeks to removed the paint that was blocking our peephole. The entire HVAC system is disguising, the last service date written on it was in 2010 and it looked like it for sure. Our carpet had rocks in it everywhere when we moved in and just about destroyed our vacuum cleaner the first time we used it. We found old socks and other random dust covered objects all around the washer and dryer. The tub was so clogged I must have pulled about 2 pounds of hair out of it! Our back porch had cigarette burn marks all over the wall and it was covered with ashes and had screws sticking out everywhere that I had to screw back in so no one would cut their feet. We had one of the maintenance workers living below us and would sit on the porch and chain smoke cigarettes all evening long which made it impossible for us to open our windows or sit on our porch during nice weather, but in the few times we did open our windows all you hear is screaming kids, honking cars, sound systems or some other annoying noise. Parking is ridiculous, after about 3 or 4pm good lucking finding a spot anywhere, try carrying all your groceries all the way across the complex. One time the hallway on the 1st floor was flooded with water and after a few days it started getting moldy in there and again no one did anything about it. Screaming kids CONSTANTLY, they're never supervised and they run all over the place leaving trash everywhere and banging on the walls in the hallways. Several times at 9 or 10 at night I've had to go out and tell them to please stop. Several of the irrigation sprinklers by the entrance to our building were broken and would spray water all over you as you're trying to go in and they would come on almost every day. The dog park here is a total joke. Every day at about 5 or 6 o'clock they would close the gates to 2 of the 3 entrances for whatever reason and was a kind of annoying to have to go around to the front entrance when it was easier for me to go in the back when I came home from work. There is always shady ass people walking around and sometimes I would take my gun with me to walk the dog at night, our neighbor told us there are gangs that live around there and they have robbed people there and broken in to lots of cars. Trust me and everyone else that has commented here and STAY AWAY, IT'S NOT WORTH IT! They will cheat you on money too, we left our apartment SPOTLESS when we moved out and they still charged a cleaning fee, and we left it in much much better condition then it was when we moved in. They charged us for a couple of light bulbs that were out that I'm sure they would've replaced for free if we had called about it? This is one of those places you will see on the news before too long!

This property is not ideal. Views are good, and for the area I felt safe walking to the garbage at night and whatnot. Rooms are spacious, but positives end there. You can hear every step and coffee grinder and tv in the apartment above or neighboring. Maintenance staff were nothing short of incompetent. Asked them to caulk the tub on moving in (this is such basic standard maintenance I was really surprised it hadn't been done already). They used caulk to tack down the peeling linoleum along the base of the tub, and ignored the molding black caulk along the rim (where the wall panels meet the tub). Also managed to get caulk on my rug and doorknob, which really honestly takes talent or supreme laziness. I just list this as an example of the typical response to a work order request. Things did not improve upon moving out. I left the apartment as clean as it had been when I moved in, except for needing the standard carpet cleaning. The bill included charges ranging from $7 for a single light bulb to $40 for range pans, to $125 for repainting over the 6 or 7 nail holes I left in the walls. They also charged me for the cleaning staff's time, and when I inquired if I had left it abnormally dirty, they said they always charge for cleaning the bathroom and kitchen. "So really, that should be built in to the fees when you move in, right? " "No comment " I was not a terribly picky tenant, I paid my bills on time and did not throw raucous parties. This company nickle and dimes you when you move in, again when you move out, and waits a month to change the xcel over to their name again, so you end up paying that too. So all in all, not a good value for the price(s). Renter be warned.
