It was great until management changed....Horrible Horrible Staff and Management. Expensive for quality, sketchy area of the ave., Apartments are noisy, dryer washer doesn't work well, staff is horrible, and staff is horrible. Oh did i forget to mention. Staff is horrible. Does not try to understand the resident, had a gentlemen on the phone constantly interrupting me and pretty much trying to debate with me over what situation was true. Many problems that arose that were def. mistakes of management, they will go to the ends of the earth to prove that you are wrong. No responsibility over mistakes that staff makes. Yelp review is like lower than 2 i think, yelp never fails!! No customer service experience whatsoever. Enough stress from life, don't need these extra worries and neither do you :). So pick somewhere else, You've been warned....

So much Overpriced.... I have lived in U-district for 5 years and in Lothlorien for 2 years. I am sharing my thought about the two years of experience in Lothlorien. During the first year, it was one of my best experience ever- Clean apartment with security guard, nice staffs, and convinient location. And it has begun since 2014...... Management only thinks about raising revenue, not about residents. It is getting worse! About two years ago, they destructed gym and changed it into more resident units. Recently, they removed management office in Lothlorien and moved to Wilsonian (apartment next to Lothlorien). To get packages and ask questions regarding to apartment unit, we actually have to walk to the Wilsonian to do so. I am not complaining if this is an apartment with affordable price. However, I am paying $1,530 for ONE BEDROOM in Seattle. In addition to that, I pay close to $100 for water, $100 for electricity, and $30 for internet each month. Even worse, they are gradually raising monthly rent. (It went up about $100 this year). If you are going to operate a business with "LUXURY" title, you better perform a real "LUXURY" service and don't fool the incoming residents with sugar coated words. P.S Oh!! I forgot to mention they fired the security guard!!!

I moved into this apartment last August because I like the location and the staff seems to be friendly. But ever since I moved in, I discovered the biggest problem with this apartment: NOISE. The apartment management office claims they have quiet hout restriction, but it is just a lie to get you sign on the lease. I have neighbors party from 1 am to 3 am all the time, and the management office didn`t do anything about it. Most recently the property management office decided to cut some cost and merge the office with apartment next door. So right now we have no office on our apartment anymore. Which is super inconvenient for picking up packages, setting up maintenance request and etc. Most annoying part is the rent is expensive. It claims to be a luxury apartment which has higher rent than othet apartments nearby, but you will get such a poor service here that way below the money you pay every month. Don't move in here because the management is terrible and refuse to help you at all. All they want to do is take your money, they dont care about their residents at all.

Great place to live. There's also a gym here! The rooms are large and it's slightly pricey. However, it's a very high end, nice place to live. I would live here for forever except that tuition is making me broke.

Going on my second year in the Lothlorien, I have nothing but good things to say! Great management, beautiful apartments, quiet, great location, and wonderful neighbors.
