I worked with A.K. Ibrahim to find my Upper West Side apartment and would definitely refer him to any of my friends, family, and colleagues. He cleared an entire day to show us apartments in 90+ degree weather and was able to coordinate access to multiple properties. After finding the best option for us, he was able to help me work with the landlord to negotiate a tricky move in and he also helped us coordinate the paperwork with my guarantor to make it a seamless process. I work a pretty a crazy schedule but having A.K. was like having the extra pair of hands that I needed for the move, I would highly recommend his services!

I dealt with Bo Gorman when I was looking for a new apartment and he could not have been more helpful or made more effort to work around my timetable. He took me out well before I was actually able to secure anything just to check out the market and what I liked and then found great apartments in my budget and areas. I am now living in a fantastic place for a really good price in the area I wanted to be in.

Aaron Seawood is the best broker in NYC!!! I was initially against all brokers--I thought i could find my dream apt. on my own. I was constantly searching on Craigslist/other apt. websites and ending up being disappointed with every apt. that i saw...and then i met Aaron. We met so that he could show me a 2 bedroom apt and ended up talking for 2 plus hours. He listened and zoned in on exactly what i wanted within my budget--he made the process so easy and i loved hanging out with him!(very cool/down to earth guy). Not only did he have to find me a spacious apt within my very limited budget BUT he also had to satisfy my sister's (we were finding an apt together) wants/needs for the ideal apt.--and let me tell you, we wanted two completely different things! I wanted space and charm and she wanted renovations. Aaron found us an amazing apt. that married our two wants perfectly. I've met plenty of brokers before--for the most part i think they are just hustlers who dont care about their clients--YOU WILL NOT FIND THIS WITH Aaron. He really loves his job and makes it his mission to find you an apt. you love within your budget--and in NYC, it is NOT easy-- I could literally go on and on about Aaron, he's amazing-- If you take anything away from this review, it should be this: If you want to find your dream apt. in NYC and not be hustled or constantly disappointed with what you find, look no further, Aaron Seawood is THE BROKER--like he says, he really does have the keys to the city!
