worst apartment complex i have ever lived in. they only hired 1 old, lazy, cuban for the maintenance of 300 apartments. he got paint all over my clothes, and the tile floor, when he was asked to paint my closet. he ruined a nice brown andrew fezza corduroy jacket and a pair of jeans that were both like new. ms jackson, property manager, said that "corporate" refused to pay to replace the any of it. terrible place. he got more paint on my stuff and the floor than he did the walls. the walls had spots that were skipped and bare. i had to scrape paint off my stuff and the floor, then repaint the closet myself. do yourself a favor - stay away from here.

not only did I have to deal with the flying roaches in my house coming out of the vents, from under the sink a lot of my neighbors had to deal with german roaches as well. The security was hardly on post the security gate is always broken. I moved out because of roaches and they charged me all types of fees. They do not know accurate information in the leasing office told me the wrong amount of rent then months later charged me for it by putting a lot of notes in my door everyday. the kids are bad as h e double hockey sticks my kid got ganged at the park they did nothing about it the kids run around all day all night unattended. The school zoned to the apartments is Hogan glen spring a nightmare of an elementary school its all a nightmare I DO NOT RECOMMEND THAT YOU MOVE THERE

THIS PLACE IS A TOTAL DISGRACE!!! THE ABSOULTE WORST PLACE I HAVE EVER LIVED I ONLY STAYED HERE FOR 2 MONTHS JUNE AND JULY 2013 I COULD NOT DO IT THE PLACE WAS INFESTED WITH ROACHES!! GOOGLE THE MOVIE JOES APARTMENT AND YOU WILL SEE WHAT YOUR DEALING WITH!! NO JOKE!! I HAVE A 4 YEAR OLD DAUGHTER WHO COULDNT EVEN PLAY AT THE PLAYGROUND BECAUSE THERE WAS THUGS HANGING OUT ON THE PLAYSETS DRINKING AND SMOKING/SELLING POT!! BROKEN GLASS EVERYWHERE!! MANY OF THE OTHER RESIDENTS I TALKED TO THAT CURRENTLY RESIDE THERE SAY THEY ALL HAVE ROACHES AND BED BUGS!! DISGUSTING!! PLEASE TAKE MY ADVICE AND DONT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE!!!

Horrible living experience! They look nice..but are infested with roaches and bedbugs. Maintenance is a joke. They rig stuff instead of fixing it properly. AC's constantly break down EVEN NEW UNITS! and not the only resident with the same problems.Will never recommend to anyone..
