I love living in this complex. It is a great place to be. Located in the middle of everything and everywhere you need to go. The staff is great from the maintenance men to the managers who are two friendly women that will go above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied. I never had a problem that was not taken care of within 24 hours or less. I was curious why there were bad reviews then I realized most of them were old when the apartment was under different management. Aside from everything else I mentioned, the apartments are beautiful (I have a 2 bedroom), and the prices are reasonable!

Maintenance and staff run this place place like a retirement community. Don't be surprised to find the occasional staff member in your home when you get out if the shower. "Reasonable Expectation of Privacy" is a foreign concept. Management got an attitude when I complained, then it happened again. I left and found a house...and peace. Save your money and find a house for rent...they are EVERWHERE.

Rent is expensive and the apartments are very well maintained. There are a few things that could improve. First is the security gate. Half the time one side of the gate is broke (not very secure). Second is the pool. It is very often dirty. Also, it's not very well controlled on weekends. People that don't live here throw parties at the pool and residents are crowded out.
