The leasing department and maintenance staff are always friendly and it was a nice experience living here for 11 years. I going to miss the wonderful staff people I mentioned above.

Maple Gardens is a nice place o live and its Very secure. You will feel safe and it can be a nice quiet place to live. The Parking is very costly and there is free parking in the back of the building, but there is always cars there. Also, there are many roaches and rats in many apartments and it could take weeks before an exterminator comes and sometimes they don't come at all. Have you ever woke up with a roach on your body....It does not feel good. Your rent also increases every year and it also goes up if they find out you work in New York for some reason. Maple Gardens is stunning on the outside but the pros outweigh the cons. The Landscape is beautiful and quiet. There is even a little shop next to one of the buildings
