Wow wow wee wah, management got rid of all my bad/loud/annoying neighbors and now it's such a pleasure to call Mayfair my home. My kids play with all the other kids on the block and I never have to worry about them. So so thankful, keep up the great work!

I saw a review from Sam Besser about how great of a place this is, but it was your office that called me when I was complaining about your management . So quit putting fake reviews on here. And as for you The Owner you don't bend over backwards for your residents that's why I have waited 6 months and still waiting for you guys to fix the mold on my kitchen ceiling and bathroom walls from the water leaking from my bathtub. This is not the way you treat your tenants. When Crawford Hoying sold this place to you that was the worst mistake. The only thing you have fixed is my toilet. Your office sent someone out to fix my bathtub before Christmas and broke my shower, busted the tile out and hasn't came back. I work for a plumbing company and know what he did was uncalled for. The water pours through the ceiling into the kitchen. I have contacted the health department and they have came out to look at the issues and have sent you a letter confirming that they have been there. That was served on 11-13-15. And still nothing. I don't know why you treat your tenants the way you do. And do not respond that you do!!! I have called your office all of this week and all I get is someone is sick, or they will be out tomorrow. I am still waiting. I want to know when someone will be out to fix these issues. You expect rent, I expect that when something is wrong you fix it!!!

I lived in Mayfair Village Apartments over 20 years ago when my son was little. I loved my apartment so much that, now that my son is grown and on his own, I decided to move back there. Although the new owners are going through some growing pains, I still love my apartment and hope to work with my neighbors to keep our neighborhood safe, clean and a place anyone would be proud to call home.

I am still living here-ONLY because I can't afford to move yet. "AMG' (a ghost LLC) owns this place, hence the current office staff from hell. MAYFAIR VILLAGE APARTMENTS IS A GHETTO SLUM. THE OFFICE MANAGEMENT are incompetent, lack compassion, deceitful and unresponsive and uncaring to run the the resident's living conditions in what we believed were are HOMES. Let me explain the first of dozens of problems you will have immediately upon moving in: Maintenance emergency or otherwise does not have a working phone AND NOTHING WILL GET THEM TO COME FIX A THING. CRIME AND FILTH AND DEPRESSION WILL BE YOUR CONSTANT COMPANIONS HERE AT MAYFAIR VILLAGE APARTMENTS IN COLUMBUS OHIO. ELECTRICAL outlets do and will catch fire and burn and shock you if you dare plug a lamp or toaster into one of the worst ones in your unit. I have two outlets per room and have one in each that works and to plug in a radio I need a surge protector. If someone walks to heavy upstairs or slams the door everything flickers and eventually goes out. I was severely shocked on my stove not long ago, and my living room outlet caught fire. It's very, very dangerous the electricity alone. SMOKE DETECTORS DON'T WORK. WINDOWS HANG IN PLACE BY DUCT TAPE. MY ENTIRE OVEN AND STOVE ARE NOT WORKING. PLUMBING, STRUCTURE, MOLD: BLACK MOLD grows from the flooded basements all the way up through the registers and into your lungs, but they tell us it's up to the US to control the black mold. MY DISHWASHER NEVER WORKED AND FLOODS 2 FT OF PUTRID SUBSTANCE . THE CEILING and Walls IN MY BATHROOM are bubbled and spill down water all day everyday. Now my carpets are always damp and smell of mold and the office-they just don't give a damn, but will tell you only what you want to hear and do nothing. 100's of residents here just like me bombard them daily with the same annoying to dangerous problems. The RotoRooter trucks are practically camped out here. I could go on an on about this-in over 40 years MAYFAIR VILLAGE IS THE WORST PLACE I'VE LIVED. DRUG DEALING AND FELONIOUS NEIGHBORS ARE ALL OVER. POLICE ARE ALWAYS AT MAYFAIR VILLAGE-MURDERS, GUNSHOTS, THEFT, VIOLENCE-it is ground Zero and you pay a lot to live here. The Utility bills are OUTRAGEOUSLY HIGH. My rent for a 1st floor two bedroom that is now not habitible for humans is with mandatory garbage, water and sewage $580 per month, Gas and AEP are almost $200 each this winter. I pay to suffer. I am disabled and as many requests as I make for them to comply to accommodate me or will you or anyone. NOISE IS SO BAD in each unit is inexcusable. Mayfair Village Apartments is a wasteland and a cesspool of everything negative. Staff just won't do anything and does not care except for your money. Our homes and people here are just new clothes and cars for these women who lie to you and look you in the eyes and lie more. Garbage is piled high here, cockroaches, no screens, filthy, windows held in place with duct tape. Code Enforcement is here every day, TO LIVE HERE IS TO BE A VICTIM OF CRIME AND OTHER DANGERS everyday as in a 3d world country. I've been granted a case with the ADA-it's the federal and the local organization that will shut them down eventually. Many of us disabled here are suffering horribly. Misery resides in every corner of your life here. AGAIN, OFFICE STAFF DOES NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR HOME YOUR SAFETY YOUR CHILDREN THEY CARE ABOUT THE NUMBERS and we're all convinced they are unable to properly run even a ghetto. Crime has increased double since AMG took over this spring. DON'T MOVE HERE PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF AGONY AND MONEY AND MOVE ANYWHERE ELSE I PROMISE YOU THE PROBLEMS are endless and many eventually wearing down your spirits. If I could do one thing over, it'd be to have walked right by this place. A sad dump of filth and 2 women in the office who have done nothing legal and everything unethical and immoral to us all. You won't find one satisfied resident here but the criminals. If you do live here-call HUD, HHS, 311, Code Enforcement and the American's with Disabilities Act (ADA) and Columbus Legal Aid.

I MOVED IN SEPTEMBER 25th 2015 STILL WAITING ON BLINDS, MY TOILET RUNS EVERY 15 minutes, BASEMENT FLOODS, NOW MY ROOF IS LEAKING IN MY BEDROOM FROM THE RAIN. UNEXCEPTABLE!!!!! I Have called over 40 times in a 3 month period and nothing has been repaired properly. Now it's time to go to court.
