Management only wants your money! Your rent will never be the same 2 months in a row! They add on charges for everything & your rent will be about 100$ more a month that what you agree to because of community charges?? That's what the rent payment is for! You don't charge everyone for the basic services you just do the basic service because you pay rent!! Somebody is getting commission because they charge a higher price than anyone in the area for the same things! Parking is a joke & a paid parking spot is unreasonably pricy!

I moved in a few months ago and I really like my apartment. Staff has been great to work with and maintenance is very friendly and top of things. Buildings are secure and parking hasn’t been a problem like my last apartment. Overall I really love living here and would recommend to my friends.

I LOVE this place. I have never had one problem with the management team here or maintenance, when i put a request in to the maintenance team they are here same day or next day. we are going on our 3rd year here, underground parking is beyond amazing, trash service is awesome and how awesome is it to have elevators sure makes grocery shopping a Breeze when you dont have to hike up 4 sets of stairs. .. never had any issues the 3 years we have been here with snow removal, they are now adding more parking outside. sure who does not hear the people next door to them from time to time its called apartment living, i have come from far worse.. you have no idea how wonderful it is to come home now. this is the only place i have ever been able to call home. everyone i have ever ran into in the hallways are super nice, but everyone keeps to themselves. i honestly could not ask for a better place to call home.

Very nice apartments and grounds. Friendly and helpful staff. Great amenities and very convenient to Trax station.

I wish I could give negative stars. Incompetent and rude don't begin to describe the management. Make sure you keep all records from them. They think security deposits are gifts and don't have to be used toward making repairs when you move out.
