A great place to live. Moved in July 2014 and have enjoyed my stay here. The property is fairly new and very well maintained. The office staff and maintenance crew are all friendly, helpful and prompt to requests for service. It's very quiet and pleasant here. I would highly recommend this apartment complex. On the downside, not all GPS systems can find it and the sign on road is easy to miss (especially at night). Comcast is the only cable service out here unless you want a dish on your patio, and you are not very close to major shopping and grocery areas. The closest shopping center is about 15 minutes away off Hull Street/Amelia. All of these negatives will most likely improve as the infrastructure grows - and construction and signs for new businesses are already in motion.
Overall, this is a really great place to call home. It's expensive however, and they nickel and dime you on just about everything.
Until all of the major map sites can get their act together and actually bother updating their information, don't rely on what the map results show for 6500 Caymus Way, Richmond, VA. Instead, the easiest landmark to use (for now) would be the Dixie Gas propane dealership @ 6901 Iron Bridge Rd and head about 1/4 mile south until you can make your first right (the street sign will be posted as Kingsland Glen Dr). Meridian Watermark Apts were actually finished in January of this year, and my family and I were able to find immediate availability to fit our needs when we moved to the Richmond area earlier this month. So far, we've found our new home to be in an excellent location, and the staff has proven to be helpful and friendly.
