I've lived there since the inauguration. The place is kept clean and neat. Management is curteaous. The building materials they used were super cheap, though. It was great when it was brand new but quality is not the best. There is a nice mixture of people that live there. Downsides: pool has no shade so its always coooold and there is NO guest parking.

Brand new apartments, yet HORRIBLE management! - They keep doing constructions during the day, lousy noise of drillers all the time. - Low class neighbors who speak out loud in the hallways. - Overpriced for the noisy location because of airplanes! - Your guests have no place to park their cars. - You can listen pretty much your neighbors conversations. - LOUSY LOUSY PLACE! Airplanes and internal noise! Stay OUT of this garbage place!

I have been leaving here for a year, the quality of appliances they use is HORRIBLE! the floor is just Horrible. They come in your house when ever they want. The parking for your guest (never is one available) the staff is just Ridiculous Rude especially BETTY OMG. Terrible manners. thank God I am out :)

You can find better Management, better prices around. --Management sucks. --You never find parking for your guesses. --Securities (not professional at all) --Overprice. --You can hear your next door neighbors conversations, and all. --Dogs barking in the middle of the night. You are obligated to have ATT ONLY for your internet and TV services. ( Building property has a bad reception) ---

I have been an original resident since they opened but in a year and a half the quality of service is horrendous, the office staff does not care, the security guards are rude and there is no parking for guests and family, please stay away
