I moved in this apartment 4 months back. In the 4 months I have seen a worst management who doesn't treat the residents well. They are not responsive. All of a sudden my gate and garage remote stopped working. We gave it to the office to see if the program is reset. they said we have damaged the remote and charged $75 each for a replacement remote. They didn't send me a note that they had charged me the cost. I got a reminder of my apartment rent and the number included $150 without any explanation. The gym is the worst ever gym I have seen in US. Probably it might be more than 10 years old, but haven't replaced. Most of the equipment are not working or damaged. Its like that from the day I moved in. They claim its a gated community, but the gate is not kept closed (main gate as well as side gates). I'm regretting to have taken Mission Gate. There are very nice apartment across the road with nice landscape, gym, good customer service, etc.

Great apartments, great amenities. However, the maintenance crew is so understaffed it's laughable. Broken sink, clogged drain? Yeah we'll get to you in a week or so. Broken A/C is not an emergency unless the temperature outside is "above 90 or below 50." Try telling someone who's in an 85 degree apartment and attempting to sleep. The office staff is very friendly and do what they can with what they're given. They are also completely understaffed most days. The apartments themselves are great, but the management company obviously does not care about their tenants or employees.

Pathetic, horrible place almost like living in hell. New management Gables has many cheap tricks to rob your money when you move out. They even refused to refund the money, charge you for things you even never heard. If you give them notice to move out get ready for high water and sewerage bill for last two months, which they have no explanation. Very common swimming pool filled with kids diapers. disgusting. During my lease the stairs, halls, walking paths never cleaned. Dogs pops everywhere on grass. Don't be surprise if you flying snake on the 3rd floors stair. Dangerous place to live especially with kids. Complained for very old equipment such as refrigerator, microwave many times but they never fixed it. Or they just say these are working fine, we just dont know how to use it. Also don't be surprise is your apartment flooding if it rains little heavy. lol. That was very funny experience. They are many many more issues for that i need more timew to write down. WORST PLACE EVER I LIVED. Cheap Gables new management. Never Ever live there. The people who doesn't have any place to live only come here.

Lived here with my mom for several years, -Not kept up with at all, I'm talking apartments all the way to lighting in the parking lot to landscaping -people in the office are horrible, NEVER answer the phone, don't know what they are doing and don't seem to care at all about their job and don't want to be there -if you have loud neighbors don't expect anyone to do anything about it. Especially the office of the "courtesy" officer -dog poop everywhere all the time and no one ever picks it up and the office seems to not care about how disgusting it gets no matter how many complaints they get -terrible quality appliances and everything falls apart -this apartment complex always has new management because no one seems to want to stick around long enough to actually fix the property -I had several encounters with many different kind of animals here and the office did NOTHING. From snakes to full grown Bobcats the list goes on and on. -I am so glad I got out of this terrible place DO NOT GO HERE OR GET TRICKED INTO IT THIS PLACE IS BEYOND TERRIBLE -also I am posting a picture of the pond that has been completely abandoned behind apt 14. It's a cess pool for Mosquitos in the summer and smells like rotten death when it's hot out. The green color is from stagnant water from over 2 or 3 years of total neglect no matter how much I complained about it. This pond is a completely perfect example of this apt complex to me.

Just moved in, the leasing company has been pretty wonderful thus far. However the walls are paper thin and you can hear your upstairs neighbors just walking around. Our neighbors release a heard of elephants EVERY morning around 7am so its incredibly loud and our upstairs fixtures rattle and make noise. I can hear my next door neighbor talking on the phone as well as when their baby cries. Also their washer and dryer is up against our bedrooms bathroom wall. All of this you can hear from the comfort of your very own bed. The complex is nice and affordable however NONE of it is worth being woken up pissed off every morning because you can hear your neighbors living their lives like elephants.
