Two years going and not a problem. Anything needed fixing has been done by the next day. Replaced my water heater with a brand new one in a day. Way above the garbage below with a tree top view. Pleasant adults that care about the community, workout on a regular, and enjoy the good life. If you are pinching your pennies and trying to sneak in move down the street. Your kind is not desired by those that have worked hard to earn the privilege. They desire to build a respectable community but it hard to keep the hippies at bay.

Lived here for one year and hated every single second of it. It's the worst apartment complex I've ever lived in. People speed all over the place, the garage doors are directly under your living room (not your garage door) and people open and close those things at all times of day and night! It's 3 freakin stories! 2 stair cases and the floor plans are ridiculous. The staff...... Well let's just say I've seen them come and go like a revolving door. Maintenance has no clue what they are doing. I rated this 1 star because that's the lowest available. The price is outrageous for what you get. Just look at all the reviews..... DON'T MOVE HERE!

I have been waiting on "maintenance# to fix my dryer problem since late February. The problem with the clogged vent is costing me an extra $20 on electricity every month. You would think they'd offer me a discount on my rent till they fix the issue, but no such luck. Nice property but obviously understaffed and hate it here. Can't wait to move.

This review is based on facts, no negative opinions or attacks, just objectivity: 1) A/C was broken all year on the upstairs, it was fixed several times, but never correctly 2) Trash was always an issue, the admin never got it right until the very end 3) Staff was always courteous, but they sometimes seemed unable to help given the amount of demands they had to take care of...understaffed? 4) Make sure you get shown the actual apartment you will be renting, ours greatly differed from the show one, it was dirty, and not repaired or maintained properly...already mentioned A/C, kitchen had issues, carpet was dirty, walls were painted poorly. 5) Gym was deteriorated, TVs didnt work, stereo got taken out, machines not maintained properly... 6) Not the complex fault, but noise levels were excessive, people partying at late hours on weekdays 7) People driving dangerously with kids playing on the street 8) Common areas always dirty 9) People not picking up after their pets 10) Nickel and Dimmed in all billing aspects In short, it could be a great apartment complex, but the price/value is not there...it is too expensive for what is really worth...

I wrote a positive review on this place last year... Oh how things have changed here. Terrible staff. Don't live here.
