The Mozzo has a great maintenance crew that's more timely than the average that you'll find in apartments. Plus the crew is very professional and friendly. The building is also kept very clean. There are not very many loud tenants that live here either. The only negative one could point out on the Mozzo is about the parking situation. Tenants are given a private parking lot near the back of the building, but non tenants park in these spaces so there's frequently no parking for people who actually live in the building.
