Watch your electric bill and gas bill. How does it cost TWICE as much for a two bedroom apartment then at my three bedroom house in greenville?? And just keep an eye on the three jokes in the office, they change staff so often nobody has a clue whats going on. Gotta love the three day notices posted to your door for their 'policy changes'. Get renters insurance or get out in three days lol..idiots!

Were lied to about apartment layout!! When we showed up to move in, apartment was not as described and they refused to refund our money. Asked twice to see actual apartment before move in date but was told it was 'not available'. When we were shown a different one, we were specifically told that the enormous fireplace would not be in our apartment. I feel this was a bait & switch....tell you what you want to hear and then break their word. Of course, 'nobody' has the authority to make this right.

It is very difficult for anyone to answer the telephone there, and when they do - no one really knows an answer. When asked about washer/dryer at walk through, was told it was available, but find out after I moved my employee in that it is not provided. Heaven forbid there is an emergency - we will not be using this complex again in the future.

The only reason we lived here was bc it was a reasonable price for an apartment with a pet. The office staff are a bunch of idiots. They can never answer your questions. When you want help with something it seems like they will do everything they can to not resolve your issue. They are terrible at customer service and if they were under different management I'm sure all of the office staff would be fired within a week. Maintenance staff were nice, but seemed incompetent. We put in multiple requests to fix our air conditioner and every time they came they said it was fine (meanwhile the AC was set at 65 and the temp in the room was 89). After multiple work requests I went into the office to talk about it and the people in the office tried to convince me that I was setting the AC incorrectly. I moved into the apartment with my wife 1 month into the lease and even after we went into the office, changed the name on the lease, I was still not allowed to do anything with our account and they still had my wife on the account as her maiden name. When we decided to buy out our lease they told us they would give us a pro-rated rent fee bc we weren't going to stay the whole month of January but they still took out the normal rent fee ($300 more than the prorated fee). When we went in to the office to ask them to reimburse us they gave us some run-around answer about how they can't give us the money back or give us a discount on the buyout fee because they are in two separate accounts... IF YOU WANT TO DEAL WITH INCOMPETENT, UNHELPFUL, UNRELIABLE, JERKS LIVE AT NORTHVIEW HARBOR. IF YOU DON'T, FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE.

We really liked a couple of our neighbors, and they did allow us to have both of our dogs, which most apartments don't, but those are all of the positives. The apartments themselves are dark and dingy and have had little to no updating in the last 40 years. There are no deadbolt locks on the doors, even though the exterior security doors are a joke. Every security door in the complex uses the same key. We also had only half of a door chain, and the peephole was in backwards, so you could see into our apartment from outside, but we couldn't see out. It even took several complaints to get the basic safety issues corrected. Out sliding glass door also leaked every time it rained hard, enough to soak the carpet, and to fix this they brought in a fan but didn't fix the door for months. Every time it happened they would say it was fixed, until the next time it trained, so by the time we moved out, I'm sure there was mold under the carpet. Also, you couldn't walk outside without steeping in dog poop. so many people did not clean up after their pets. The only reason I would give 2 stars instead of 1 is because the location was convenient and some of the maintenance people and office staff really were nice and helpful (some, not all).
