Note that these reviews are for the actual apartment complex and not for the execustay models. I have seen this apartment complex and assure you that these radical negative views are not accurate.

My wife and I lived there for two years...Do not believe anything they promote... You Will REGRET It...It is NOT LUXURY We rented the three bedroom...$1600 per month...the most expensive rent in the area...by far the worse buildings Our utility bill was $250 per month. That is just heat\elec\ac These buildings are so poorly built. In the winter you can stand four feet from a window...and the floor is ICE cold...and the heat is running full blast turn out the lights in the apartment and you can see out through the front door you get a 1 bedroom you get one parking spot...you get a three bedroom you get one parking spot...people always park in your reserverd spot...oak hill will not tow...they also mark your spot only on the ground...so at night or in the winter when there is snow on the ground people cant see the reserved markings... The internet connection is provided by a little local ISP that provides a 3Mbps which is a slow dsl line (roadrunner is 10-15). If you play games online..xbox,ps3,pc...heads up...it will LAGGG, drop you from games...in short the internet sucks and is very very unreliable Garabage trucks come around 6 in the morning and will wake you up... The two hills entering and exiting become icey enough to bobsled on in the winter You can hear everything your neighbors are saying...so they must hear you...there is no privacy Neighbor quality is a crap shoot...I was blocked in twice by greenbush police...responding to calls...oh yeah dont forget the drug and gun sting that occured there...my parents who lived an hour away heard about it and called us... Internet Phone And TV included...hahahaha...we where suckers when we moved in the internet was so bad and slow we paid timewarner to get our own connection....then a year later...the internet service provider wanna be "wifi fee"...by some miracle managed to convince oak hill to offer direct tv.... what a mess... to get tv we had to use direct tv....(customer service sucks)...we wanted to switch back....we couldnt time warner woould not run any more coax lines...... we suffered through it for 3 months...then we move out...THANK GOD!!!! but now... Direct Tv tells us that we owe them $175...for the tv service that was included in our rent...2 months later we are still getting bills.. Oak hill is hiding behind a line in thier lease that says they are not responsible for television and data ... we will see what our lawyer has to say...
