Our 3200 square foot townhome is 3 stories. On the top floor youll find a spacious master bedroom and bathroom suite with a double Jacuzzi, double vanities, and large shower; the bed is a king-sized memory foam mattress: youll feel like youre floating on a cloud watching surround TV in bed. Also on the top floor are a guest bedroom suite (queen bed) with its own full bathroom, and a fully-appointed 2-desk office with Internet provided.
The middle floor is the main living area, with a living room, sunroom, kitchen, dining room, and powder room. The large, casual living space has two leather couches, big comfy chairs, and a surround TV system with a nearby sitting room/sunroom. A small deck just off the living room features a natural gas grill and a bistro table for two to enjoy an outdoor dinner or breakfast. The kitchen is nicely supplied and features a gas range, oven and microwave, and dishwasher. The formal dining room has a large, square table that seats eight.
On the bottom floor is a two-car garage, though only space for 1 vehicle is provided (additional vehicles may park in the driveway or at the end of the building). Theres a bedroom with a queen bed and a full bathroom, but the best feature of the bottom floor is the home theatre. Pull the curtains, lower the screen, push a button to recline, and watch your favorite HD movie or sporting event in 110", 7.1 channel surround splendor.
With two sets of stairs and having never been child-proofed, the home may not be appropriate for very small children or toddlers. Small (less than 25 pound) pets may be considered with additional fees. Sorry, no smokers. Television (AT&T U-Verse) and high-speed Internet, water & sewerage, and trash collection is provided.
