Terrible Experience!!!! I have lived in multiple places around Atlanta and this was by far the worse decision. I chose the complex because it was affordable-but that was a big mistake! The management was terrible!!!! Examples: I had a dog, so I paid the 350 dollar deposit (175 non refundable)... my old dog ended up passing away, so I got another dog-and they told me I had to pay the deposit again since it wasn't the dog on the lease-so we argued about that. Moving out: I ended up taking a travel nurse position and leaving the about a month before the contract was up. I went by the office, making sure I didn't have to sign anything or do anything for the lease being up and they said no-just to give my keys to my roommate and they could do the walkthrough with him. When it was time for our lease up, my roommate got a letter saying since we didn't give 60 days notice of our plan to not extend the lease that we owed 2 months rent at retail value-which they charged 1400/month (we were paying around 900)... so that was and additional 2800 they charged us... THEN-it came time for the damages, and out places was pretty much spotless, one spot on the carpet, and they charged us 800 dollars and kept the pet deposit. SOOO for a years lease, and arguing with management, moving out cost us 1800+800+350 (pet deposit I didn't get any back)=$$$2,950... and it's not like we broke the lease. I called the management Greystar upset and they were useless-they agreed to take off some of one months rent since I did come in and talk to them telling them we were not extending but that was about it. The manager there is a total jerk. They told us if we didn't pay they would send it to collectors. DO NOT LIVE HERE, THEY WILL FIND SOMEWAY TO TAKE YOUR MONEY...

never trust a word of the staff.the asst manager says the referral amount will be given and it is being processed and then the manager mr adam says policy changed no referral and that too after 8 months.especially the manager has no respect for residents.so whenever u plan to rent over here always have everything written and signed by that manager and management and always have a copy for urself.to get u in they say all kinds of things and when u are in u are someone xyz.................me and my husband really had a laugh on their unprofessional behaviour
