I usually don't post reviews online unless I feel very strongly about a business. But, I wholeheartedly agree with the other two posts for this apartment complex who left negative reviews. I lived here for two years. They are unscrupulous and have unfair business practices as stated. I had the same experience with trying to get my security deposit back and am going through other channels to address this issue. The property looks good when you come on it, but I had the same experiences with poor management. Also, many of the machines don't work and are not fixed. They have been broken over a year. In addition, there are a lot of homeless people who come onto the property in the middle of the night and dumpster dive and many are always just outside the gates or across the street. The young people hang out in the community room and in the gym. The management take the tv remotes into the office, so you are unable to watch tv in the gym during off hours. I also had problems with my packages being left in the office and getting them in a timely manner. I told the mailman not to leave my packages in the office. They are overpriced for what you get and are ALL about the money. Don't expect a community. Go somewhere else and get a better deal, better customer service, better living experience and better management!

We came in to look at an apartment 2 bed 1 bath. Our first visit was wonderful, they showed us the model, answered all our questions and told us to come back in a few days to see an actual model we might rent. Upon returning a couple days later we were created by the community director Jennifer Blitch. From the beginning of the conversation she was rude, condescending and short with us. We were asking typical questions about the apartment and she treated us as if we were wasting her time. When we asked to see the model she did but then questioned why we would look at things such as construction of cabinets and drawers and the quality of the appliances. She treated us as if we were below her and shouldn't even be considering moving in to her complex. When we returned to the office after the tour she simply gave us our id's back and then didn't say a word to us. She might as well told us to leave. This encounter alone is making me question moving in to Park Crossing.

This is the worse place I have ever, ever, ever lived in my life, the place has nice looking amenities, but don't touch them are look to hard they are so cheap, walls are thin, and management stinks they are all about the money, and don't think you will get your nice deposit back when you leave this is a joke you can have the place look the same as you moved in and they will still tally up some unbelievable cost, I'm very serious... everyone knows the combination in the Fairfield area so you will have people of all types coming in and out at all hours of the night, They charge you for hot and cold water at a very high price, how this is done I have know ideal since you pay gas with PG&E. And another thing the cost you are quoted for rent don't include the extra $300.00 in utilities you will pay for Hot Water, Cold Water, and Garbage along with their nice processing fees. This place is ridiculous and needs to be a class action law suit against them for the damages they will do to your credit and pocket book.... Parkcrossing Horrible Horrible Horrible Run While you still have cash

I lived at Park Crossing for about a year and i have to say it was not good by any means. First the managment always has something to say about your way of living. Secondly I was lied to many times, I was told how to get my deposit back and did every thing right and out of the whole deposit i got back... $0! (bad business)
