The Review regarding the landlords attitude is not worth considering. She has been very helpful and quick to respond to any of my issues. The apartments have all recently overgone a major overhaul and facelift. the entire complex has been in the process of renovation and its looking very nice. As someone who was here before all the reovations started and has seen this place shape up I would have to say this place is worth its monthly rent, which when I was here was $1350 for a 2/1 upstairs. Pros: paid water great area friendly nieghbors Pool spa pool table excercise room gas BBQs throughout cons: not enought covered parking spaces / garages only one laundry room (.75 wash, .50 dry) no view of Disneyland Fireworks
