The clean well kept appearance on the outside of these apartments is very deceptive. The inside is filthy. The management uses LOTS of deodorizer to try to mask the smell rather than just clean. No matter how clean you keep your apartment the smell from the hall still seeps in. The garbage shoots regularly are filled all the way up to the third floor and the urine smell in the garbage rooms is overwhelming. There are notes placed outside the garbage rooms saying that if you leave garbage without putting it down the shoot you will be charged $50. So the only option is to keep your garbage in your apartment until they clean out all the garbage shoots. There is also a rusty/moldy smell coming from the sink/bathtub drains. I assume the pipes are old and need to be replaced or at least cleaned. The maintenance is not reliable and even issues that would be considered code violations are left unaddressed unless you keep calling and reminding them that it hasn't been taken care of. Don't move here. There are many better choices in the area.

This weekend was going to be a xmas party for our family. The fedex box is missing from the office? Fedex is clear about the box for the children was given to the office! The office is not able to find the box... Someone W.Hass signed for the box... Tis so sad when a single parent plans a celebration with no presents! I am very hurt that no one can find a simple box from Monday!

I liked living here. The apartments are nice on the inside, I enjoyed the gym and pool also. We never had any complaints regarding other tenants. We rarely saw anyone in our building and everyone was super quiet. The staff was nice as well and I felt safe in the apartment. The only downside was that when our lease was up they tried to raise our rent almost $200 a month so we had to move out, very disappointing!

These apartments are too expensive for what you get and deal with. I have dealt with robberies here and the cops show up at least once a week in front of the apartment! You are better off living in Crystal or Brooklyn Park paying half the price and still dealing with the same criminal activity. Not safe!!

For the most part it was very convenient for its location, on a bus line, well kept place general, staff people great, maintenance people great. I had no problems as some have pointed out with Middle Easterns and the lingering curry smell. Like most people, including me, I take some time open up. I had goods chats with them. The only bad thing, is when I left. I got a $1,300 bill. They were trying I believe to have someone pay for a new carpet. This is how I cornered them, I asked how old was the carpet (no answer), there are some laws that require to change them after a few years. I reminded them that It was old and that I had them repair a frayed part during my tenure there and I had received it w/out being washed. If they do they just shampoo it, whatch out they just comb it to one side. Anyways I got the bill down to $300 for other minor items. The morale....ALWAYS TAKE PICTURES OF EVERYTHING! Carpet, blinds, run your hands on cabinets, there shouldn't any grease build up, email them to the office, keep records.
