We have lived here for over 10 years. Just like all apartment living, u have ur good & bad. This complex is good for young adults with no kids, just because of all the restrictions. If u need something fixed, u have to be assertive & keep on them as they aren't always speedy. It is a big complex tho. Biggest problem imo, all the damn pot smokers. Laundry here sucks, but there is a good laundromat down the street. They only allow 2 cars per unit & no guest parking, so having visitors is difficult. Gym is 24 hrs & is fantastic. Complex is not ghetto, but many residents are. But as I stated, u have problems in any apt living.

Past Resident, lived there 2 years starting from fall 2007... what a ghetto! No really... its a ghetto. The cars get broken into every other week the apartments were old and in disrepair. Left because 3 guys broke into my apartment while my girlfriend was cooking! She identified one of the guys as part of the repair crew that had been in a few days prior. Luckily Police were call by a neighbor who saw them leaping over the patio fence. The management was so uncooperative... they just dismissed the whole incident. Would not recommend, even to my worst enemy.

I have been residing at this apartment for 10 years and seems like there is no perks for long term residents. As a single woman, I was very comfortable but now in the midst of our economy, the owners only care about increasing the rent just to fill up their pockets. Not only the owners profit from the NWP share they are enjoying for the last five years it seems to never end with their price hike. Mesa Management is just about their profit no matter how dangerous a resident background is. Lately, with the first month rent free, every Tom, Dick and Harry can get in and with unruly behaviors, the residents has to suffer. Only small pets allowed is just a ploy where some of the residents has big pets doing their business in the complex without cleaning it. This is outrageous as the management are too good to be true. Especially, Trisha, she seems so sweet but in reality it's simply so superficial. Unruly kids think the tennis court is just another City owned soccer field where the kids play soccer at wee hours. In-fact some of the residents in here seem like they are working in gangs. It's very scary. Instead of hiking up the prices, the Parkewood Village need to be nice to long residing residents who has been obeying the rules and not worry about filling up the complex just the heck of it. It's just sad. These owners are very greedy people.

Management is only nice when you move in! But when you bring urp something wrong thay get awfully mad I was told by manager " I have a list of complaints and then ill get to yours"
I moved in April and signed the lease at 950 a mount , then in may I was called in to the office and was told I have to pay 1000.00 I said I want out of my lease then for changing the price on me after I signed the lease, I was told to take it up with management and its now august and no one has got back to me.
On the good side if you like to party and smoke weed then this is the place for you.
