Manager Diana Rodriguez and all Parkside associates have been a true blessing to this community since they were put in charge. All problems are dealt with promptly and completely. I personally have never encountered any pest control problems; never had a problem with theft of any kind, an occasionally rowdy resident is all I’ve seen. I was here with the old management and have seen the changes for the better. Thank you ALLISON-SHELTON you made some great changes. 2014-2015

FILLED to the brim with roaches. Their way of "fixing it"? Handing you a can of raid.

I thought this placed looked nice from the outside thinking it was a quiet area but the people here seem to be drug addicts, dealers and there are people going through the dumpsters all the time. The office never sends maintentance over to deal with all the leaky pipes, roaches, plumbing, anything, you might as well fix it yourself. Extremely loud here and my neighboors are drug addicts that bring prostitutes over. Around the entire area, the people (seniors included) are bringing their drugs to other neighboors. Washers and dryers are extremely tiny and never work. This place is a total joke and can't wait to get out of here!
