Where to begin... First, these folk will fill your head with lies, and steal your money. They discriminate on whom can lease at this property and whom can't. They will deny you after you already told them issues you may have. The leasing agents have no idea what they are doing, and they will say anything to squeeze a few bucks out of you. They have no idea what their regulations and policies are, until AFTER you placed your application fee that is. Then all of a sudden, they are "experts". This complex is dirty, and honestly, not worth the money at all. Please AVOID this complex at all costs. There are better places you can live for this price.

As long as Jessicah Johnson is managing this apartment, tenants should avoid using any ammenities as they are all malfunctioning and will be non refunded. Also, if you have paid a deposit, consider it gone.
