I just moved out of this place after 11 months, my apartment flooded CONSTANTLY this summer, and they did not fix it-- the maintenance staff actually told me there was nothing they could do. The hot tub has been broken for at least a year, and has been in a state of "it'll be fixed soon" per the leasing office staff. The staff is horrendous-- the manager is NEVER there, no one ever answers the phone. There is no one who does their job correctly at this place, as I was given permission to break the lease due to the flooding, and yet it was NEVER inputted into their system, half the staff thought I hadn't turned my keys in-- even though they were turned in FOUR days prior-- they wanted to charge me for the extra days because of their ineptitude. Stay away!!
I lived their for two years but of course that was 30years ago they Parliament was brand new in fact they were still building it when I moved in Golden corral just down the street rent for a two bedroom then was about 1,000 a month very nice back then. Man I nailed some of the hottest vaginas in the state while living there. Great memories I love that area great neighbors and staff were terrific the Seasons was the other hip spot in Cherry Creek keepin it white. You know Im looking at the low life's responses and I know all those people are hood rats that got evicted and so they talk smack and smoke crack. All the residents have been professionals that can afford to live there. Not rap and hip-hop fools. Again keeping it white.
I spent almost 3 years at Parliament Apartments. The leasing teams I worked with were always pleasant and resolved my issues. The pricing of the apartments are absurd. The renovations really aren't that great. The two month notice to vacate is also frustrating. especially when they have been able to turn around units quickly. The location was great, since I worked in the Tech Center. You can get newer apartments for almost the same price. I would recommend looking elsewhere.
DO NOT LIVE HERE. Living at this apartment complex has been the worst renting experience. First, I signed a lease for a unit a few weeks before I moved in, on move in day, the leasing office realized they leased out the wrong apartment. We had to redo the lease to correct for the mistake. OK fine. Then, a few days later, the leasing office made all kinds of mistakes on the new lease, we had to go back in MULTIPLE times to sign and correct the new paper work. After a few days, I soon realized that the apartments are garbage. Every step you take will be heard by your neighbors and you will hear every step your neighbor takes, thanks to paper thin walls. Also, maintenance is horrible, we had a leaky water faucet. Instead of repairing with new or usable parts, maintenance guy uses good old fashioned elbow grease to jimmy up some temporary fix that lasted a day or two. A selling point was the hot tub, only the hot tub has been broken the entire 10 months I've lived here. So, I'm paying for luxuries that cannot be used. Also, the gym is tiny and most the equipment is broken and or missing weights. They have two treadmills, but guess what? one is broken. Good luck trying to get in a run on a cold day. Or, that 55lbs weight you want to use, gone. Then, there is the horrible leasing office/management. If you want to be treated like a piece of meat, Parliament is the place for you. They don't care. My mail box was broken into and my student refund check was stolen and cashed (it was worth a few G's). I went to the leasing office to explain that my refund check was stolen and if there was anything they could do to help. The manager was so rude and treated me like I was the one who stole the check. He pretty much told me to piss off. And guess what? the mail boxes were unusable for over a month and a half, there was no urgency to have them fixed. And last, I turned in the "60 day notice to vacate the parliament apts" 21 days late. I'm human, busy, had lots of things going on. I didn't think it would be a big deal, I was giving the apt over a month in advance notice of my leaving. I figured they would be cordial and forgiving. NOPE. I am now going to pay 21 days extra rent, about $1,000, though I'm still moving out on my lease termination date. Overall, My experience was horrible and negative. Management doesn't care about the tenants. The leasing office is incompetent. Maintenance, well, what maintenance? The unit itself, garbage, paper thin walls, cheaply built. Gym, small missing weights, machines broken. Hot tub, broken. Please learn from me and DO NOT LIVE HERE
Friendly staff, spacious apartments, and a decent price. Love the underground parking...even though it is a little cramped.
