Started out as a great place. Slowly turned into a worse are due to the resident moving in and writing on the walls and smearing stuff into the carpets. Management has a high turnover. Current manager Naomi Duncan is as absent minded as a bag of helium and is beyond rude. In order to get any work done to my apartment I have to physically show up in the office and almost fight to explain to them when something needs replaced

I didn't even get to move in because they gave me false information at the beginning. Told me switching jobs wouldn't be a problem, well 5 days before I was supposed to move in told me I'm being denied for that reason. They don't know how to keep up with communication. VERY unprofessional leasing agents. Would never recommend any one here. Glad i didn't get to move in, they probably would have treated me horribly as a tenant.

I have lived in this apartments for almost two years with my boyfriend our son and our dog. We love it here its big enough for all of us to move around comfortably. We have a walk out patio so we can take her dog out anytime we need to we live right by the park so our son can go play with his friends on the property. I guess one thing bad about that is I wish they had more of a selection for the playground but it makes the kids happy. There are plenty of doggy stations for people and their dogs but you have those people that sometimes don't always pick up their dogs poop. But we keep the trash can on our patio and we buy our own bags so we don't have that problem. I love the office staff they really work with you and then listen to the issues that you're having and try to fix them the best they can. If you are those people that they're rude to then I guess you were kinda rude to them. The way I look at it you go down to the office to make a payment, if you need something fixed ask and be done with it otherwise don't go down to the office. Speaking of things getting fixed I have had our furnace go out over the winter time and I called emergency maintenance and they came out within the hour to fix it. Things around the apartment that need to be fixed they are fixed within the day if not the next if you're not too busy. I love this place and I couldn't ask for a better place to live with my family. I guess the only bad thing about living here are the neighbors they are horrible. Some of them just don't care and they use the hallways the front yard and even the back as a personal trash can. I guess if you could handle the people that live around you you can live here.

Everything the last reviewer said was right on point this place is a dump. My son SUV was broken into twice. I lived at this complex for a year and paid my rent on time, never later. The apartment was not cleaned properly when I move in and I cleaned the apartment before I moved out only for them to make up charges to keep my deposit. I never received anything stating why they were keeping my deposit. I only found out when I called today, only to have the property manager hang up on me because I quested her on why I did not received an invoice of the charged in 14 days which is required by state law. Bellevue police spends a lot of time in Pheasant Ridge. This place is filled with pot and meth heads. You can’t get them to fix anything without it breaking again. The property manager is very rude, disrespectful and unprofessional. Stay away for these apartments. Staffs are only nice to you until you move in; with the exception of one woman that worked in the office she was always nice when I had any issues. Snow removal is horrible in the winter. I could go on and on but I’m happy I’m not living their anymore.

Updated from last post: The last 60 days of living at this dump were pure HELL with bugs and rude office personnel. Drug dealers, prostitution, and got my truck broken into 2 times. My girlfriend got bitten over 50 times with bugs in my apartment. The new management doesn't care and there is a VERY condescending/rude/snobbish bitch (Calling her this is nice compared to what I want to call her) in the office as long as they rent all the apartments to the hooded rats to get there bonuses. NO people skills whatsoever with this new management. NEVER rent from these snobbish and rude idiots unless u want to deal with getting screwed over!!!!! My wife and I moved in here May of 2013 & we have had little issues with noisy upstairs neighbor but overall we're happy to be living here. After calling the cops on him they found out that he was harboring underage drinking/drug use there but it has stopped COMPLETELY!! Cops do stop by to check on any illegal activity and office staff takes prompt action with the troublemakers there. Maintenance is very reliable/polite with there work orders on the apartments. Not sure if I will be renewing my lease due to my wife's terminal health and with me thinking of moving out of the state.
