A friend of mine moved into pheasant run less than a week ago with all new furniture. myself and two other friends stayed overnight for a housewarming event and slept on the floor of the living room. All three of us woke up with bites from bed bugs. I had never before seen bed bug bites, but after looking at symptoms i am certain this is what they were. my friend who had slept on her new mattress had none. those bites stayed with me for over a week. They cant possibly be properly cleaning units after move outs because those could have only come from the carpet

Cheap rental price often attracts unsavory tenets I cannot complain about the reasonable rental price at Pheasant Run, and my apartment was actually pretty nice. I can, however, with honest say that the complex attracts some of the shadier figures of the area. For about a month the cops were at my building every week, sometimes most days a week; I believe because they rented an apartment to a drug dealer. Also I was living alone at the time and someone banged on my door in the middle of the night trying to get in. As a young woman I didn't really feel very safe after that. I'm leaving this review for other women living alone. I think it's important to feel safe in your own apartment.

I just recently moved into one of the two bedroom apartments at Pheasant Run. I have had only a few issues, one being that my room always seems to be cold due to a draft from my window but I haven't called maintenance for it yet. And also our water hardly gets hot in the kitchen, luke warm at best. It also takes a while to get hot in the shower, but once it is hot, it stays hot for a long while. As other people have mentioned.. the internet that we pay for through them isn't terribly slow all the time, it just cuts out a lot..and I may mention that when I call for my window. Overall though, my building is quiet at night when it's important, and I feel safe enough to be alone here when my boyfriend or roommate isn't home.

You get what you payed for... you will find out quick that they have alot of opening. That's because the most that can afford to move to something alittle nicer, do so after their year is up. You will hear the sound of everyone around your place shifting in their beds at three in the morning. By this I mean the walls are paper thin. I got off work once, came home with some friends to play some cards 11 at night. Just talking. Got complained on by 5 other apartments. Nearly got kicked out of my place dew to that. No joke. You will find their only one choice of internet to be a hair faster then 56k meaning "very very slow" and at a price that will make you sick, the rental washer and drier will destroy your clothes. And their gym... what little there is of it mostly is broken.

I attempted to rent an apartment here. The girl was very pushy. She quoted me a higher price. I called later and her associate quoted me a lower price, to which the original girl responded "Sorry, you've already been quoted a price. The other price is not valid." They also retracted their discounts that were posted for local partnerships. They stated they retracted them via email a week ago and to contact my employer. I contacted my employer, and they received no email about that. Overall they are just pushy, falsely advertise, and don't provide good service.
