I just toured this place and I will never go back. Before I even spoke with someone from this office, I overheard a tenant complaining because his car has been hit 3 times by a Hilliard City school bus. 3 times! The property manager told him to speak with the school district but begged him not to petition for the bus to be banned from driving through the complex. The property itself is horrible. I looked at a 2 bedroom place and it was a joke! I could hear people on everyside of the apartment, the rooms were so small that you could barely fit a queen size bed in it (up against the wall with 6 inches to spare on the other side), the bathroom was nasty, the kitchen was a hole in the wall, and the tenants seemed rather trashy. Don't waste your time looking at this place because its not worth a penny!

I looked at this complex twice a year apart and the office staff is always nice and has been the same every time. Everything on the outside looks decent, looked at a two bedroom and the rooms and closet look nice. I like the kitchen and cabinets however, small and the living room opens up as soon as you walk in with the kitchen directly to your left. Everything to the naked eye looked okay but alas no washer and dryer hookups and a garden apartment, was moving to save on cost but prefered not to downsize unless have to. Other than that similar to a previous complex I stayed at called Raccoon Creek on Clime Rd ( they had excellent maintnence:shoutout to Walt and Phil) but this complex claims to have remodled which did make it's look a little more plesant. Didn't move in but would consider it for a garden apartment based on those things
