THE manager's name is LAREISA LAREISA LAREISA LARIESA last name is Atona . shes never there, never answers the phone , is extremely rude. young woman with dark hair and medium skin you wont miss her when you walk in the door she will not even greet you , but give you a death stare like "what do you want" on her comfy roller chair and rudely push you away and telll you to come back because there are no units availble and doesnt know when there will be. YUP thats her. she wont answer questions or offer information unless you ask the questions and will not care. went in there a couple times because it was the only complex in fallbrook with washer and dryer units and isnt ghetto. like someone else said, you have to pull her teeth just to get information. I remember when i went in there the first time she was so rude and had hickies all over her neck. like forreal what type of manager is this ?! I waited 4 months just to get my apartment, not on a waiting list but by going in or calling repeatably to see if they had anything available. then one day i called and by surprise they answered !!! and they had something and they didnt tell me when to move in or if we got approved, she just said to show up that day she "was pretty sure we were approved" after i fillled out the application. the management SUCKS so bad especially her. I could sit here and rave about other things this lareisa girl has done but im not going to waste my time. Also, the towing company they have for the complex is located in escondido :)" NK towing" and they have to call you when they have a driver etc. so by the time a tow truck comes its approx 1 hour and some 45 minuties close to 2 hours ( no joke) by the time the dispatch a driver. so youll be waiting for your parking spot if someone else is in it and most likely the person will return to their car and get away with parking in your spot ;) happens every time. why they dont use the S&R towing literally down the street like the other complex's...who knows ;)

For several weeks I tried calling, emailing, or stopping by the office to inquire about renting an apt. at Pinecrest. The office is often closed. So one day last week, we walked into the office to tour an apt. There was actually someone in the office! We were thrilled! But the woman behind the desk (didn't get her name, middle-aged, dark hair) was SO rude. She acted like we were wasting her precious time. We asked to see an apt. She told us there was not even 1 apt. available to look at for 3 weeks! She told us to come back then. Every question we asked her was like pulling teeth to get an answer. If this is how they treat PROSPECTIVE residents, I don't even want to know how awful the ACTUAL residents are treated! After this experience, I wouldn't rent an apt. at Pinecrest if it was the LAST complex on earth.

I have lived in Pinecrest off and on for the last 5 or 6 years. I always came back because it had laundry and air conditioning and wasn't far from work. Mike the maint. guy was amazing. He was always there to help and if I locked my self out of my house or had any kind of issue he'd give me a hand even if it was the middle of the night or his day off. I don't know what they are thinking laying him off. And since we received a new manager, the old one (also named Mike) was awesome, I have had nothing but problems. Even being told to "come back later" when trying to get a garage key (they changed my garage door without even letting me know!) And now this new manager, I haven't even got her name yet. Was yelling at my kid and his friends as I walked to the Mail box. Needless to say I put her in her place. But I smell trouble in the future.

I have lived in pine crest my whole life 13 years. My dad was mike the maintenance man. Pine crest has gone through about 18 managers that I can remember. I don't know why they would lay off mike but it was one big mistake. Since they layed off my dad they have gone through 3 managers, judi, and I don't know the other 2 names. It is going downhill fast.

An awful, awful place! Save yourself the headache. Poor management that is changed frequently, terrible parking, run down, and extremely difficult to work with. Very greedy place.
