I've encountered a great experience at this property thus far. The leasing agent Erica has made this by far the smoothes transition for a new home ever. I love to express my experiences when I meet someone with great customer service skills as she provides. Great job Erica 🎉

Convenient to GA 400 and grocery stores, nice property with good landscaping, the apartment interiors are dated though. It's nice for the money especially given its location but the trade off is that property management is a joke. If you have neighbors that blare club music at night, leave the trash out in the corridors, and disregard the rules that you sign to in the lease agreement, you'll want to beat your head against the wall out of frustration over the office's lack of enforcement no matter how often you call to complain. Maybe I'm not hearing bass upstairs at night. Maybe that's the neighbor beating his head on the wall. Anyway, I hope the next property management company has a competent team working at the office. And I judge harder because I worked in property management for three years with a manager that ran a tight ship.

Worst apartment complex I've ever lived at, I wish I could have stayed at my last apartment place at least they communicated well with the tenants. The entire complex water is cut off and the front office didn't even communicate with anyone before turning it off. Before I moved in they didn't even tell me that I would have a water bill and the manger in the front office is a complete a**hole and very ghetto. Communication sucks here and they're just money hungry.

This place needs NEGATIVE 5 STARS! I currently stay at the point at canyon ridge. I have been a resident here for over 2 years, and this year really let me down. I am only 2-3 months in to my lease and everything around the apartment is falling apart. I first moved in two years ago into a one bed room one bath that was really nice. I enjoyed my time here and it was really nice to be so close to the job and buck head. My fiance moved in with me and we moved into a two bed room 2 bath (this is when the apartment started to go down hill). The one we moved into was nice, about 1,100 sq. feet, terrace level (life was good). Then our neighbors above us left the water on and the water started to come down the walls in our apartment, they then moved out 2 days later. We called 8 times about the water on our carpet, walls and smell of mildew. We only got someone to come out to the place twice. Their idea of "fixing" the problem was to take the soaked padding up from under the carpet.......never to be replaced. And after we called to tell them that the non-padded carpet was still soaking wet they came and....PULLED UP MORE PADDING! Then someone had the bright idea to leave a fan pointed down toward the carpet to solve the problem. Calls to the leasing office were left unanswered, and when they did answer we were lied to twice about someone coming to fix and re-pad the carpet and to have it shampooed. What made it worse is that the manager acted like my girlfriend was lying when she told them no one ever came to re-pad the carpet. That aside we almost died from inhaling toxic paint fumes, that came through the air vents when they renovated the apartment about us, for hours and during the night because it took them 7 months to replace our screens on the windows. We woke up with headaches and stomachaches. It was a wonderful feeling knowing they had totally renovated the apartment above us for a new resident while no one gave a damn about ours. TODAY we live in this apartment with no padding on our floors, black and brown carpet from the water that came from upstairs and it still smells like mildew (mind you the first call was made on 05/21/2014, they never followed back up with us and when i asked about it they said there was no record of us calling). I went to the leasing office today 07/14/2014 requesting something be done, they said ok ok we've called the carpet cleaning company, they are going to come fill the missing areas that don't have padding, shampoo the whole house and fix everything. Its now 7:27 PM............. Word to the wise, DON'T COME TO THE POINT AT CANYON RIDGE!!! FYI: We also walked in on a homeless man camping out in the laundry room at 6 in the morning............ PS: we are calling the housing authority and the corporate office tomorrow morning :)

I've been living here for about 2 years. In that time we've gone to a new management company - Trade Street Residential. They've been very good about community upkeep, replacing old railroad tie walls with nice stone ones, fixing cracked sidewalks and keeping the parking lot in good shape. Maintenance is reasonably prompt. It's certainly not perfect - my apartment has some uneven spots in the floor and the dishwasher is too close to the fridge so that their doors interfere with each other. The carpet was also pretty cheap and it has worn down quite a bit since we moved in. Overall though I'm very happy with living here and feel it's quite worth the price.
