Yup, totally agree with everything with the other reviewer said. I feel like I'm in Compton with gangsters hanging out at all hours of the day/night.... loud noises and music. How are these people living without a job. They seemed to be at home all the time. Good to know that I am not the only person who has the same complaints.

If i could go 88mph and go back in time to stop myself from living here i would. The day I moved in the apartment wasn't even ready and I was here with the moving van. Roaches - yep people with dogs that don't pickup their poop - yep air condition that doesn't always work - yep So many smokers its like a casino in Vegas? - yep Speed bumps? - yep Complicated electronic door locks that don't work half the time? - yep 1.25 to wash and 1.25 to dry - yep Illegal fireworks - yep Rampant double parkers - yep People who park in your assigned space or the space you paid and extra 50$ a month for - yep They try. But what can you do when the people that live here make it a living hell. Let's take my neighbors nice, but slobs. And the noise all times of the night and day. The porch makes me think I live in Compton. Hanging out drinking smoking its like a bad Friday movie. Kids everywhere. Yes I have kids but mine don't roam the damn property all day. Try calling the office? Good luck if they answer at all. Guest parking? Forget about it, living here has alienated me from my friends and loved ones. No one wants to visit you when they have to park blocks away. Would I live here again? - nope. Don't let the model apartment suck you in. This place is a shiny turd.
