The facilities are fine but the management are the worst. I really don't like the way the agent ignores my email and calls. I work all day and do not have time to sign the paperwork or move in when their office hour is from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. I emailed my agent about the problem and she never replied. Then I called her and someone else told me she was not there. The person on the phone told me that they will give me an answer in two days so I waited. And after two days there's still no reply. Finally when I call them again they just basically told me that Post Collier Hills doesn't give a damn about the inconveniences they give me as long as I pay rent on time. I just hope that Post Collier Hills could at least do their job as they say they would. It is really uncomfortable when the management just ignores you when it is doesn't concern them making more money.

Post Collier managed to disappoint me and my roommates more and more over the time I lived there. The gates were constantly failing, the leasing office was poorly managed, and they were unhelpful when issues arose. When my car was stolen from the parking lot, they were unwilling to look through security footage to help identify the thieves. Expect for lease renewal increases to range anywhere from 15-30% on top of your current year's rent.

Post collier is the worst. They dont care about their residents. Never live here

Lived here for 2 years and really have no bad things to say. Management is fantastic (especially Michelle), and they remedy maintenance problems swiftly and effectively. The property is VERY well maintained with nice landscaping and gated entries. I don't really hear any noise from the neighbors, though ocassionallly I do hear the heavy footed tenant above me sometimes. The appliances are a little dated (I would prefer black or stainless). Publix, Felini's Pizza, and Walmart are all nearby --as well as beautiful running/biking trails. Also a big plus is they have their own car wash and vaccum unit, which is awesome, but could use some routine check-ups because the hoes head is defective every now and then). The pricing is a little above avg and gets raised at least $50 each year, but you do get what you pay for luckily. I've lived here almost 24 months consecutively, and overall I would rate it a 9/10 quality living experience. I would highly recommend this place to family and friends.
