Love the hummus plater! Especially at happy hour prices. The food is awesome and good quality. I would give 5 stars but I really struggle with the outdated decor :(

Decent food. No complaints, but I rated it three stars in order to distance it from other fast food places such as Daphne's Greek.

Get there 11am. Just open. Surprise to see an Asian host. Well, it's 21st century America in L.A. The decorations is middle eastern. It's alright. The important thing is the food! Order alarcate beef kabob, lamb chop, 2 pcs chicken fries, a small pilaf rice and Turkish coffee. The host asks if I want spice in coffee as Turkish do. I said "let's go Turkish!" He also explains that it will come in a very tiny cup, not to get myself off guard. The kabob and lamb chop are very juicy. The rice is just alright. I was quite happy and content. The chicken come out when I am about done with the food on my plate. Yup the host has mentioned that it might take about 25 minutes. From the look of it, I get other food right but this. It's just KFC. No, I was wrong! It's crispy and juicy without much of the flour. Even the skin is crispy. I can't even recall when is the last time I have such chicken fries. I even like the white meat piece. (My usual preference is drum stick.) The host does not rush me when he brought over the check saying whenever I am ready. The price (15.89)is cheap for all the meat I have. I wonder why did I ever bother with crappy expensive Denny dried stake Down the street.

I am hear from NYC and must say the food is amazing. I called in an order with Crystal and she made sure I had a taste of all the spices, in which I LOVE spices so I thought of that as amazing! she was very pleasant. I will recommend the Hummus House to all my friends visiting California and staying near LAX. I enjoyed every bite!! Thank you, Ra
