Promenade at Mayport is a very nice place to live! I love the wooded areas and lake to walk around, they are very pet friendly, always go out of their way to get any maintenance needed addressed very expeditiously, and the ladies in the front office are possibly the nicest most accommodating ladies I've ever had the pleasure to deal with. Go see Jenilee when you get there and she will make sure you are very well taken care of.

I love living at Promenade at Mayport. The office ladies are so kind and caring. If I have any problem I know I can go talk to them and they will get the job done. They are also big dog lovers, so I love bringing in my dog darla to see them. The apartments are reasonably price and well kept. I recommend living at Promenade at Mayport Apartments. :)
