COCKROACHES EVERYWHERE!!! I thought the price and location were very good, $395 studio. BUT, I did ask, in advance, if there were any cockroaches and the leasing agent said there weren't any. I was given a display room to look at. Then, when I moved half of my stuff in, I began noticing cockroaches on the floor and walls and not to mention my lunch! I refuse to live in a cockroach infested apartment. So, I had no choice but to take my stuff out and pay an early cancellation fee for the lease. $300 down the drain. DO NOT BOTHER WITH THIS PLACE.

It was decent for the year I lived there. Great for someone living on their own and not in need of much space. The neighbors were noisy and parking was terrible. No central AC taking a decent shower is like winning the lottery...

One of the more affordable places close to both work and school, pretty quiet and off the beaten path, usually can get my laundry done any day I need to. The pool is nice in the summer though it can get kinda crowded. I'd recommend it.

The location is great. Coming from California, rent is cheap. The first night I was here, I found cockroaches. When I reported it, the manager sounded uninterested in fixing the situation and still has not followed up to fix the situation. So far this complex seems to be more interested in making money than making sure that the people who pay bills are good. Worst of all, the manager is dishonest, has the worst customer service skills I have ever seen and continues to keep her job despite how many neighbors complain about her. This place is a rip off and should not be in business. Don't waste your money and time.

I am breaking my lease. First I want to say that the PM is very kind at first, but she is not as quite as you think and doesn't care about your health. The leasing agent -M- has THE WORST customer service I have ever seen. I too am a leasing agent and wow....I can't believe she got the job! I reported cockroaches 3 weeks ago and the PM told me they only spray once a month, and they had just sprayed. So I waited thinking there was just a minor problem. Umm no...there are cockroaches coming out of the drain, falling from the tops of the cabinets, coming out of the intake duct with a nasty dirty filter that hasn't been changed in what looks like years and years! The PM said...and I quote "it's an old building so it has bugs". At the time she made this statement I thought maybe she was just saying bugs in general might come in every now and again so we just spray and it takes care of the problem. Now I am not a "girly girly" I can stand a bug, or even two. However, this is not just a small problem from a neighbor or something. I have spoke with 3 neighbors on my floor who stated they too have seen cockroaches come and go and I actually was SO rude -because I was convinced at first it was my neighbors- I literally poked my head in their apartment to see if they were nasty dirty people. Not at all...my neighbors are very clean. Now I am sure you are questioning whether or not I am clean. You will never know. I would say I am clean on a scale from 1-10 probably a 7 or 8. I rise my dishes and yes sometimes they might set for a while. BUT NEVER EVER more than 4-6 hours and they are in the dishwasher being washed. I might eat dinner and be lazy for a few hours. But no my dishes NEVER have mold and I take my trash out daily! I have NO clothes piles in my apartment, everything is in it's place and I deep clean my home (where ever I have lived)every 2-3 weeks. No way it's me! I am 31 years old and I have lived in many places and NEVER had cockroaches! I called the city inspector and I am getting a lawyer. This entire building needs to be exterminated not just a few units. I was promised an emergency spray from their third party exterminator and they never left information stating they were there. Did I actually get the spray? That I don't know. The following day they came out and sprayed and left info on the counter. The PM told me she was spraying my neighbors Friday and I was getting an emergency spray Thursday because they couldn't get me sprayed the day I called which was Wednesday. There was no flyer on anyone's door stating an upcoming spray for our floor but mine. And my neighbor stated he was never sprayed. So if you like cheap rent I understand, but roaches carry disease and are nasty...it's one thing being an old building, it's another when that old building is infested with roaches! Orkin stated for every 1 you see they have 200 friends!!!!!!! It would make you sick how many I have seen! And they are coming out in the day! Orkin said they hide in the walls, the only reason they come out is because the walls are filled! Seriously? SEE YOU IN COURT QHT!
