The structure is beautiful, but the management's sense of urgency is slacking. Hot tub didn't work for a month and some residents damaged two machines from the gym. Incident has been reported and 3 weeks no resolution.

The clubhouse and amenities i.e. indoor pool are very nice, almost feels like you're on vacation. The fitness center is lacking; no free weights. In my opinion, rent is priced way too high for the quality of the apartment and size. You can tell all of managements money & efforts go into the amenities, not the actual apartment home. Leasing Consultant was nice however seemed nervous & rushed; She wasn't very professional; never asked our names or introduced herself, never tried to close the sale, presentation/demonstration lacking. I've been in property management for over 3yrs and too many red flags for the price of the apartment.

Staff are extremely incompetent and rude. Have to make a maintenance request several times before done, yet maintenance will knock on your door at 11PM to search your apartment for "a leak". Hope it doesn't snow, because your car will be stuck in their parking lot. Had to pay late fee for rent because they did not tell us how much our water bill was, so the day I went in to pay rent they were closed, I could not ask the amount, and had to pay the next day (late). My 2nd-floor balcony is half-rotting and they would not fix it when moved in. Would not recommend under any circumstances. Amenities OK. The "fitness" room at the "clubhouse" has like 1 treadmill. No free weights. DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE.

I lived in Raintree for three years, and I just loved it! My apartment walked out to the pool, but even though I couldn't see my car, I never worried about it. I didn't hear of any car break-ins during my time there. I also never had any insect problems! Maintenance is friendly and quick to respond to issues. My dishwasher wasn't working too well, so they replaced it that week! I also loved the management staff. They were very friendly and knew me and my pet by name. I always thought the grounds were in great condition. I would have stayed for years, but I moved to Louisville. I definitely recommend this property!

I hate this place. They will get you for every penny they can even after you leave. I've had tons of people ask me about moving there, of course I tell them that would be your worst mistake. The workers and managers have the worst attitudes and are as rude as can be. Maintenance is awful and practically all machines in the work out room are broken. Would not recommend anyone move there. Management almost never works. Only good thing is the inside pool. What a joke. I hope someone blows it up. It's not worth the one star I had to put.
