I have not yet had any experience with you guys yet but I have read the reviews and I see more good than bad. No place is perfect, but my cousin and I are looking for a place that we can call home as soon as possible. It's us two, and I have two dogs. I heard you were pet friendly. My girls are super sweet and very well trained. We will possibly have to be paired with someone but we are okay with that, we pretty much both stick to ourselves! I hope to enjoy your amenities and your beautiful homes soon!

First off on the move in date disorganization to the max. keys missing for different areas.Moving date was 08/14/15.No mattress on my son's bed. To date still no mattress despite numerous phone calls and promises. Most times no one even answers the office phone. I will not allow my son to renew his lease for another year. Horrible public service.

When I lived here I had a mold problem that I complained about for six months. The only way I got management to look at it was when they were walking through doing inspections. Even then the manager tried to avoid doing so. The manager tapped the wall with his foot and his whole foot went through the wall! He told me it was no big deal because it was black mold. After doing some research I found out black mold is something to worry about and can cause very serious health problems down the road. This place was and still is a joke. I wouldn't even say you get what you pay for unless you are paying for poor service and poor management.

horrid place. haven't lived here a full month and the neighbors upstairs make impossible to sleep at night, which is unacceptable considering it is student housing. The neighbors are loud with a combination of shabby building that's not soundproof and apathetic management make it unlivable.

Sounds like not much has changed since I lived here. I had plenty of bad experiences. I was lied to often by SOME, not all, of the staff here. The leasing manager, Matt, ran into my vehicle with a golf cart and did damage then a grounds keeper scraped the side of my vehicle with a golf cart after that. I never got reimbursed for the damage like they told me they would. On top of that they wouldn't give me an apartment with a wheelchair accessible bathroom like they promised before I signed my lease. Then they wouldn't allow my caregiver access to the complex, which is gated and locked, so I would get a late start in the mornings. I had to get a lawyer to get out of my lease. This placed costed me a lot of money. I hope things have improved since then but from these other reviews it doesn't seem that way.
