No parking for guest... Apart of that its a nice residence. Nice people.

We have lived here for almost 2 years and the staff are amazing and friendly. It is a quiet apartment and pets and kids are NOT allowed to disturb the area. The only down side is that there is not a visitors parking bay, but I love the fact that the property is strictly patrolled and no ILLEGAL parking is allowed. They tow your car within 30 minutes if you do not ask permission. However I did have a rental car here once and the management allowed me to stay for 4 hours when I requested it. The Neighbours look out for one another and the maintenance staff are ALWAYS willing to help you out. Some kids were playing on the stairs with dish soap and I slipped coming down the stairs, The staff reprimanded the children and put anti slip on the stairs within a few hours. I am happy to report that the management take amazing care of ANY complaints that you have immedietly. I would recommend anyone to stay here.

We've lived here for a few months and we hate parking here. There's no guest area so it's almost impossible to have friends and family over. And on top of that you can only park the car you assign to your carport, so if you have 2 cars you gota pick one for the carport and that's that. Other than that the place is ok. A bit dark inside but that's about it.
