The apartments themselves are nice inside, the maintenance staff and management are absolutely terrible though, as well as the parking conditions. It will take 2-6 weeks to get a work order completed. The office staff will hang up on you, ignore you, or forward you to a non working number. When maintenance does show up they will enter without knocking, whenever they please despite the ability to "schedule arrival time". There are no assigned parking spots, so it's a first come first serve. Guests will take your parking spot and you will park 15+ spaces away from your door. Also have added a new doorstep trash program that you are required to take part in, raising your rent whether you use the service or not.

So, we recently moved in and first I will say we absolutely loved the model that we saw so we applied. First we were told we were denied then we were told since they just changed companies something went wrong and we were approved. So we had our move in date for November 14th and they were obviously having a special for the month of November so I receive a call from the manager Krissy and she tells me that I would not have to pay prorated rent if I sign my lease on oct 31st so I said okay. October 31st comes around and we come to the office to sign our papers and there is a paper on the door that says the office is closed. Im like no this is wrong someones gotta be here im sure she set something up. So I call the office no answer, then I email her (NOT EXPECTING A RESPONSE) She responded and she was so sorry and she told me to call her and she had her service manager go to the office and meet us so we could get our keys that night at like almost 8. She was so sorry and so apologetic I couldn't even be angry. So she told me to go in and sign our lease papers the next day. She told me only to speak to Ashley and no one else and that's what we did. Ashley was very nice and also very apologetic. Ashely then told us to come back next week to get a copy of the lease and when we did they gave us a 25 dollar gift card. They made the start of this relationship very good and one to remember. This is customer service people!..We love the apartment and everything about it. Krissy and Ashley need RAISES!!

This place lives off scamming people into paying for things that consumers should not be held accountable to pay. if you live here and decide to move out one day, be sure to take full video of the apartment before moving out because these are the type of people that will do their best to hold you accountable for things like full apartment paint job, replacing carpet, etc when it was not required and the apartment was in good condition when you moved out. The ladies that work in the office are little to no help when it comes to anything important other than paying rent on time. I would never rent from here again. I will never recommend this place to anyone I know, even if it was someone I did not have a good relationship with. Horrible experience.

Worst experience ever! I lived in this apartment complex for seven months. I noticed my allergies were terrible and progressively getting worse while I lived here. It all made sense once I started moving my stuff out. The apartment was covered in mold. Everything stored under my bed was covered in a layer of mold and several things completely ruined. As if this wasn't bad enough, when I moved out they kept my deposit and came of with bogus reasons why. One of which was a $75 cleaning charge. I'm an O.C.D type person and kept my apartment 100% spotless. I spent an entire day cleaning before moving out and there was not a spot or stain anywhere in that apartment. All the while, I thought they would be happy to have such a good tenant who respected their space and instead they just ripped me off. Terrible terrible business practices...
