I like nothing about these apartments they are infested with roaches, allow occupants to feel comfortable having their pets feces lay any and everywhere with no fining for not properly deposing of waste, and they flood very easy any time it rains past two days consecutively trust it's not fun trying to get home on a flooded sidewalk with a toddler and newborn. Our family has endured dealing with a electrical issue which cause the a/c unit, kitchen area, dining, living room, and bathroom all to not have any source of electricity our entire 12 months of living here which we've reported numerous times and it continues to go neglected. I've explained that we have a child who is special needs due to him being premature at birth he requires 24 hour oxygen and has a feeding tube which all requires electricity to work and or stay charged they still put their pocket book first and we still have yet to see an actual electrician come out to appraise the electrical issue that the maintenance team seems to be unable to fix. I feel no one nor family should ever be placed in such conditions when you pay rent monthly and utilitiy bills to have suitable living arrangements I would not recommend this property for anyone or family to live until they can put their tenants first and render services needed in a timely manner.
