The experience was more like "meh" living here. The place is nice on the outside and the inside is pretty good as well. When we moved in, we had water issues and the water would not get warm. One major issue with the place is that my apartment was constantly damp-feeling. One bedroom even had a dampness gauge inside the closet. Another issue was that the trash doesn't come much. You can imagine that it gets really, really packed. Drainage of rain wasn't handled well either where my apartment was located (not sure about other locations). There were always pools of water and water coming down when entering inside my apartment. There was no way to avoid having gushing water coming onto one's head. A plus was that the carpet is probably one of the nicest of any complex in which I have ever lived. I'm not sure if this type of carpet is standard in all apartments. The pool area is nice but all the furniture is dark colored and imagine how this feels in the Florida heat. Also, the convenience of Publix is great! My major complaint with this place was that they sent us our bill for everything (sewer, trash, etc). We sent them a check. About a week later, I received a collections notice! It took two weeks to get someone physically on the phone to see what was up, especially since only two weeks had gone by since receiving the bill. Turns out someone had our check just sitting on their desk and thought it would be amazing to sent us to collections. Luckily, everything was resolved, but this is very unprofessional and not how business should be conducted. As many of these reviews suggest, management under the new company is terrible and there has been tons of turn-over in the office since we moved in. If you have school-aged kids, the local elementary school zoned for the complex is way overcrowded with over 1,300 kids. My suggestion is to rent with caution.

Been living here for 9 months.The apartment complex is great looking,clean and quite neighborhood,nothing out of place here.It has garage for cars which is a plus! In a nutshell,the apartments are great inside out(there updated inside with washer and dryer included) The problem here is.......MANAGEMENT! There horrible,they will tell u they will help u,but never will! Had plenty of times were we had issues with our apartment and called them to let them know about such issues and even when they said they would send someone out the next day,the person never came,wasting me and my wife's time.When i called the office to ask about the person,they told me he came and we weren't there,LIES,we waited the whole day(9am-6pm) and no one came by,so after politely asking to please send someone out because one of the light bulb sockets was dripping water while it had power,they told me that "that was not a priority and that the guy was busy with other residents",sooooo ok electricity+water=not dangerous?!?!?! they took 4 days to come in and finally fix it! 9 month and im still waiting for my tub water neck to get fixed(not priority but annoying to see it dis-bonding from the wall) an that's just a few of my inquiries...... to summarize: Plus=apartments are great looking inside and out,garages are a plus,quite neighborhood,local shopping plaza(with publix) right outside gate Cons=MANAGEMENT!!!! get them changed and voila,u have great apartments!

I lived at this location for more than a year. Their managers were always either too busy or never contacted you back. This was really disappointing especially when I tried contacting them for months about the same issue and they never made a real, genuine, effort to fix it. When I moved out they refused to give me back my deposit despite my phone calls. They will do everything in their power to try to avoid giving you back their money and that is neither justified nor warranted for the amount of time I lived there and how responsible I was as a tenant.

The place itself is just okay. Neighborhood is okay as well. A few complains more from my neighbors than my self. They have been here longer, managements has changed so now it really sucks how they run things around here. It looks like they just paint over things that they have to fix. Garbage doesn't come in sometimes. Overall like I said this place is just okay, you can get a better place maybe cheaper or just the same amount somewhere else.
