This place is not worth wat u pay $1292 for a 3 bdrm apartment the day we moved in we have had issues that have not been resolved half way jobs all around from the maintenance they are so cheap they leave all there work half way they are horrible at making you live comfortably they turn the water off every week at least twice no lie not over exaggerating at all on top of that the big heavy set fat lady the head of the office is a rude miserable person she will smile in your face when you move in as soon as there's a problem with your apartment she flips her script I filed a complaint on her already she is so rude don't even bother with this place for the money you spend here you can have a luxurious apartment that's close to new this place is so painted over and half way redid on every aspect they give u an option to have black appliances for an additional 90 dollars every month really wow who cares so they give u old white dingy ones the maintenance man is lazy he doesn't like to do his job trust me save your money especially if you are a single woman they will not take care of you here I'm not trying to slander this business but bad business is bad business oh the details of some of the problems I had when I initially moved in the kitchen sink they didn't even bother to turn the water on this issue took a week to fix but I'm a guy so I just turned it on myself but like i said single women u probably wouldn't be as handy no offense I just had the knowledge already but number two the hallway bath the toilet top bowl was broke they came and installed a new one 3 weeks later And guess what it is still wobbly the bum maintenance man put a paint stirrer under the bowl to balance it wow lol speechless
