I love everything about em. No roaches, no crime, nice manager's. You gotta love Robin the property manager. Stop by and get to the good living pimpin. Lol 💯💯💯
I have some reasons to help you consider moving in this property: - management. Robin is permenant manager here with nice, friendly behavior that can throw a bucket of ice water into your face whenever you have an idea moving out or asking for future rates. The property changes staff very often. I doubt they are much nicer than the way Robin is. So. - services. It could take weeks, months, for solving some major issues. Quick for minors. However, you think which one is more urgent? - roaches. They have been my nightmare during the time living here. I have my own treatment, get helped by handy man with powder treatment, which is discovered harmed to my lung. Also get appointmented twice with pest control services. There is nothing work. And, the manager even give up much sooner than you do. Some staff may please you with reason that my terrible neighbor just moving out. The vulnerable roaches found some places for living, so they came to me. Actually, this happens all the time in the entire property. Moving here means being friends with roaches. - neighbors. Some night fights, night parties, jam parking lots, and swimming pool borrowers from nearby neighborhood, car robbed, belongings stolen, ... - management services. Be sure to hang up your lease in front of you, or whenever that you can see it every single day. Because, you are the one who drops notice of vacate, you are the one who checks your new rent rate, and also keep asking until they give you your answer. They do nothing with your lease but finding some way to trap you in a fancy solution named month-to-month lease. The one they even offer different rates in the meantime. In order to protect yourself, and have nowhere else to go, think of this, Riverwalk and Robin.
I absolutely love my apartment here at riverwalk! Very spacious and reasonably priced, with outstanding staff who go above and beyond to ensure the comfort of their residents. Very tranquil setting and overall excellent place to live.
Poops everywhere. Watch your step!
I've lived at the Riverwalk for a year now and my experience has been great. There is lots of room for a great price and the management staff quickly addresses any issues. My neighbors are quiet too - which is so nice. Plus, my utility bills are reasonable. They have ranged from $50-$60 most months and in the dead of winter $120 was the most I ever paid (I live in a downstairs unit and while I was home I had the heater on to 80 degrees - I like it warm).
