I am giving one start because i think i cant not give any start! THIS PLACE IS A TRASH!!!!!!!! I lived there for a year and it was a nightmare. When we first visit the apartment the person was fixing something there, so we thought, well he gonna fix and when we move in everything will be fine, BULLSHIT! The wall was with paint over paint and over paint. the ceiling was all messed up. The cabinets was dirty and old, falling apart. The bathroom water from the bathtub was leaking OUT SIDE OF THE APARTMENT, seriously, everybody would know when we were bathing, we were so scared that one day the bathroom wall was going to fall apart. My apartment had a bunch of problems with mold and the foundation. We had problem with scorpions, rats.... The carpet had more than 6 years and for what i heard from the neighbors they didnt even detailed it after the past residents move out of the our apartment. What explains the rest of food that was left in the kitchen pantry that I HAD TO CLEAN.The porch sliding door was broken, the air conditioner wasn't enough for the whole apartment. my toilet was with problem, we called the guy to fix many times they never came so my husband went to the home depot and he fixed himself. When we signed they said we were going to have pool, for 12 months that we lived there the poor was closed for 10 months, so no pool. The dishwasher was old and nasty and something it leaked and got all kitchen flood soak wet. And AFTER ALL OF THIS, they are charging us $50 because the oven was dirt and the blinder was broken, AFTER LIVING IN THIS TRASH WE STILL HAVE TO PAY!!!!!!!!!! I was more expecting a apologies letter. The manager is a joke. The rebuilt the leasing officer and it looks great but the apartments are horribleeeee!!!!!! They don't care about nobody there. Do a favor to yourself and run away from this place. I swear i havent said it all!

When I first moved in, I didn't realize that the building I was being assigned to had MAJOR foundation damage, which was covered up with a lot of paint and caulk. The office staff acts very concerned with any problems we might have, yet makes no effort to make any changes once you walk out the door. The dog park / playground is a joke. While most of the neighbors are friendly and keep to themselves, a few of them are extremely rude and hostile, and police have had to come out several times. Parking, or finding parking close to your building is a nightmare. I think the entire place should be demolished, and rebuilt with the intention of normal people living there, not just the section 8 lowlifes.
