It was very easy to communicate with the admin office. The office staff is very friendly, we signed the lease from out of state and it was very easy. The place is clean and well maintained. I would recomended this place.

Moved in July 1, love everything about it so far. My apartment is brand new crisp and clean from top to bottom. Kids love the ball courts and pool. Roxalana is a very community oriented complex, always planning activities for the residents. Maintenance responds quickly. Convenient location, yard care, snow removal. I couldn't ask for a better place to live.

I've lived here for about 6 years. It's always quiet and safe. Staff are friendly. Problems are fixed right away. I've only had two problems, getting my handicap parking sign installed and my french doors put in. I've been waiting for months on those.

I've been a resident of Roxalana Apartments for three years and I have really enjoyed my time here. Our family moved to West Virginia for school and we did not know anybody in the area. It has been nice to creative a community family from within the apartment complex. We do monthly, family-friendly social events and there are so many extra amenities (such as the pool, gym and racquetball court) to keep us busy. The only downside I could say is the size of the apartments. We have a small family so it is perfect for us, but to add another child, it would be a tight squeeze. Other than that, this is BY FAR the best place in the area to live.

My wife and I have been living here for about 8 months and we like it here. The buildings are nice and not out of date. In my experience you can smell what your neighbors are cooking but only in the hallway not your apartment. The staff is very friendly and if there are any problems they take care of it quickly. Normally within a day or so. It has been a pretty bad winter and they take really great care of the hill in snowy days. The amenities are nice however the pool has weird hours because they have lifeguards. I don't know of any other apartment complex that has lifeguards. Most have swim at your own risk signs and you must be accompanied by an adult if you are not a certain age signs. Other than that it has been a great place to live.
