I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. I've lived here for almost a year now, and can't wait to leave. I'll start off by saying when we first moved here the manager Kathy offered us cable for $20 a month. I didn't really want it, but she said I could take it off anytime I like...so I accepted. We got our cable through someone else, and she refused to remove it. Now, they're trying to charge us for cable this whole time. Next, I have asked several different times for certain things in my apt. to be fixed. Like the thermostat (which is causing an outrageous electric bill $300-$400 a month), the dishwasher leaking all over the counter, the bath tub chipping paint (which I don't know what moron would paint a bath tub), the shower head...many different issues never resolved. Hence why I refuse to pay the back cable she is still charging me for. A few of the residents have also had their vehicles towed because of her. A family member of mine also lives here, and is having the same issues. Their neighbors above them are loud all hours of the night partying and such...and management refuses to do anything. The only good thing about this place is that they allow dogs of any size. So, some people have no choice but to settle. Just be ready for a bunch of issues if you decided to move here.

I had a good review otw but my phone froze as I was finishing it... So now it will just be a good SHORT review cuz I'm bout tired of typing on my phone... Basically what it boils down to... Is that if u can make it to the point where the mAnager (kudos to ms weed for running this place by herself... The property manager looked passed my rent history and gave me a chance... I respect him tremendously for that... If u come here and u need a place to live for a couple of years... This is not a bad place to make that happen... The apartments are the largest price/sq inch I have seen in el paso... They respect your privacy and as long as you are good and pay rent on time they will totally leave you alone.... ThAT brings me to my next and final point and for the most important one for me... If u r military you have the option to pay rent by allotment... I couldn't make it if it weren't for that... Well that should be more than enough to convince you to give it it at least a serious look... All in all good, down 2 turn to earth staff, that literally will solve any problems that you have ASAP most of the time they will take care of it that day if they don't have to wait for something to get shipped... Believe it or not best place I have lived since mama house ...lol...give it a shot you won't regret it... And disregard what the Hater say about this place cuz they most likely hating cuz THEY messed up... Awesome...

If you are the spouse of a military man watch out. The manager and her 18 year old daughter will be there behind your back. The manager is highly unprofessional and yells at her daughter at all hours of the night and you can hear it. They don't allow guests that are prettier than they are either. Loud parties at all hours of the night, underage drinking, and drugs. The old manager was peaceful and the staff was great, now that it has been taken over by someone else it has been a nightmare. Shinning flashlights in your windows at all hours, they won't allow you to work on your car if you live there. DO NOT RENT HERE
